Christina is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and connect with their strengths. Since entering the mental health field in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences. My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals facing a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship difficulties, and identity exploration. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices while tailoring my work to meet the unique needs of each client.
